Growing up, Cody's athletic nature and participation in sports drove his interests toward a degree as a physical therapist. After high school, Cody spent time at The University of Mary Harden Baylor and Temple College where he was involved in their baseball programs before finally settling down at Texas State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy and his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Cody has been a physical therapist for eight years and enjoys approaching his treatments with a team mindset where the patient and therapist have a common goal for reaching recovery. Cody currently holds a certification in Sportsmetrics and is also interested in pursuing a manual certification. Outside of the clinic, Cody enjoys everything outdoors like hunting, fishing, water and snow skiing, sports, and working toward his pilot's license. He also enjoys traveling and spending time going on adventures with his wife and two young children.
A local product, Alan is from Elgin, Texas. After high school he spent time at Temple Junior College playing baseball before he took his studies to the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a bachelor of science degree in general kinesiology. Through his years as an athlete, and after two knee surgeries and other sports related injuries, Alan took an interest in physical therapy and eventually earned his doctorate in physical therapy at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Professionally Alan is interested in general orthopedics and rehabilitation, sports recovery and return to play, and injury prevention. Alan is certified in Sportsmetrics and has also worked with overhead athletes such as baseball players and swimmers for shoulder injury prevention. Family and sports are two of Alan's greatest interests outside of his profession. With two young children the weekends are usually very busy with trips to Gruene to enjoy some live music, going to the pool with the kids, or to hang out to watch a football game. A dedicated physical therapist, an avid college football fan, an outdoors/sports enthusiast and foremost a family man pretty much sums it up.
